Background
Staff recommends accepting the bid for the 15th St. and Santa Fe Intersection Reconstruction Project from A-Tech Paving in the amount of $498,870 base bid plus Alternates 1, 2 and 3 for a total of $796,240.

Alternate 1: Oklahoma City Portion of 15th (164th) and Santa Fe
Alternate 2: Replacement of Alleyway Parallel to First Street
Alternate 3: Concrete Street Repairs at Various Locations

This is the lowest and best bid received.
