Notice: The Mayor and members of the City Council will gather prior to the regular meeting in the Planning and Public Works Building, Room #104 beginning at 4:45 p.m. this time for dinner. No City Council business will be discussed or acted upon at this time. This is an informal gathering and members of the public and press are welcome to attend. Meals will only be provided to the City Council and staff.

a.   Cindy Holman to the Public Works Committee to fulfill the unexpired term of Josh McClintock; term expires May 2020.

a.   Dalton Payne to the Kickingbird Golf Club Advisory Board; term expires May 2020, as recommended by Brian Soerensen.

B.   Approval of Purchases:
 
1.   Acceptance of bid for Carpet & Tile Removal and Installation at the MAC for Parks; $39,055.51.
 
2.   Recommendation for Approval of Inter-local Agreement with Oklahoma City for Reconstruction of 15th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; $498,870.
 
3.   Acceptance of bid and approval of contract for the 15th St. and Santa Fe Intersection Reconstruction Project and Resolution No. ______ Appointing Purchasing Agent for Engineering; $796,240.
 
4.   Approval of Engineering Services Contract with Cabbiness Engineering, LLC to study the drainage west of the railroad tracks from 2nd Street north to the detention pond and west to Fretz Avenue; $31,000.
 
5.   Acceptance of Bid for Whole Tree Chipping for Community Image; $19,850.
 
6.   Approval of Sale/Transfer of Surplus Vehicle to Cotton County Sheriff’s Office; $3,000.
