Acceptance of bid and Approval of Contract for the Police Building Demolition for the City and Resolution No.__________ Appointing Purchasing Agent for the Engineering Department; $191,835.
Background
Staff recommends accepting the bid for the Police Building Demolition from Midwest Wrecking in the amount of $186,840 base bid plus Alternate 1 - Security Fencing $4,995 for a total of $191,835.

This is the lowest and best bid received.
