1.   Call to Order.
2.   Approval of Meeting Minutes –October 23, 2019
3.   Approval of Financials & Utility Check-off.
4.   Discussion and Consideration of purchasing "Cinco Ventanas" (five windows), a stone and glass sculpture by Greg Reiche, to replace "Tuntawu Offering" by the same artist. The piece was originally partnered with Randel Shadid and was destroyed in an vehicular accident the end of October.  Total purchase price of  the new piece delivered will be $11,750, taken from Maintenance reserves. To be located in the center median of Broadway just south of Covell Road.  
5.   Discussion and Consideration of partnering with Blocworks for the purchase of a Mural by Jason Pawley to be located at 104 S Broadway, on the east side of the Blocworks Bouldering Gym for a total purchase price of $4,000 with EVAC partnering for half.  
6.   Discussion and Consideration of the contract for Tennis Center CIP 1% funding of two art pieces by Harold Linke.  To be located at the new Tennis Center.  Total purchase price of $67,985 delivered.  Figures are 115% of life size.  
7.   Project Updates: Waxing/refurbishing, delivery, installation, signage, and dedications. 
8.   Reports: Fine Arts, Historical Society, Staff, UCO CFAD, and Announcements.
9.   New Business - (In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting of the agenda.)
10.   Adjournment.
