No City Council business will be discussed or acted upon at this time. This is an informal gathering and members of the public and press are welcome to attend. Meals will only be provided to the City Council and staff.

1.   Presentation of Department of Labor (DOL) Journeyman Lineman Certificate to Daniel Ketch for completion of the Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma (MESO) Apprentice Program.

1.   Approval of Supplemental Appropriation to replace an art piece damaged beyond repair in a vehicle accident; $11,750.
 
2.   Approval of Transfer of Appropriation from 2017 Capital Improvement Sales Tax Funds for the Public Art Transfer for the following construction projects: Animal Shelter Expansion; $17,647, Fire Station; $ $31,176 and Tennis Center $75,000 for a total of $123,823.

Acceptance of donated Utility Easement from Clifford Investments, LLC for Hunny Bunny Biscuit Company at 1290 W. Covell Road.
 
4.   Acceptance of donated Electric Easement from David M. Schlemmer, near State Highway 66 and Midwest Blvd.
 
B.   Consideration of Ordinances and Resolutions:
 
1.   Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution No. ________ supporting the application for grant funding from ACOG on the Ayers St. Lane Reapportionment from four to two lanes on the east and west sides of the University of Central Oklahoma Campus. Buffered bicycle lanes will be added to replace the shared lane markings that currently exist.
 
2.   Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance No. _________________ Amending Title 17 Fire Code of the Edmond Municipal Code by Adding New Section 17.04.710 Appendix D – Fire Apparatus Access Roads; One and Two Family Residential Developments and Remoteness; and Providing for Repealer and Severability.

Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance No. ___________Amending Section 21.02.080 Block Length, Cul-De-Sac Streets And Fire Apparatus Access Roads, and Change the Provisions of the Section to Comply with the Changes to the 2015 International Fire Code and Comply with the Provisions of Section 17.04.710 of the Edmond Municipal Code; and Providing for Repealer and Severability.
 
3.   Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution No. ________ Authorizing the Adoption of the Oklahoma County Hazardous Mitigation Plan - 2019 Update.
 
C.   Approval of Purchases:
 
1.   Consideration for approval of recommendation on Tort Claim.
 
2.   Approval of budgeted funds for Operating Expenditures for the Guthrie/Edmond Regional Airport (September 2019); $32,387.82.
 
3.   Approval of Change Order No. 1 to the Construction Contract with SAC Services Inc for the Thomas Realignment & Widening Project; $29,417.82 Decrease.
 
4.   Approval of Change Order #2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Thomas Small Architects for structural evaluation and design services for office space renovations in the Downtown Community Center (DCC) building; $2,489.03.
