*Notice regarding Public Comment* For any resident of Edmond that would like to Participate in public comment during the meeting, the following procedure will be in place to mirror the regular in-person City Council meeting.

The meeting will be utilizing the Zoom videoconference platform that will go live approximately five minutes before the scheduled meeting time. There are two different ways to connect to the meeting to participate in public comment:

1. 3.   Approval of Supplemental Appropriation for funding the landscaping and final expenses associated with finishing the Edmond Center Court facility; $532,515.
 
4.   Approval of Transfer of Appropriation for the purpose of providing additional major maintenance repairs for Arcadia Lake; $200,000.
 
5.   Approval of Supplemental Appropriation for the Police Public Safety Limited Tax Fund (PPSLTF) for Crematorium Controller Replacement; $17,900.
 
6.   Acknowledge receipt of Amended Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) Construction Permit for Oklahoma Christian School.

9.   Approval of Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) Agency Safety Plan (ASP) with the City of Edmond Addendum as required by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Federal Transit Administration.

11.   Approval of Supplemental Appropriation for the Police Public Safety Limited Tax Fund (PPSLTF) for an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Grant; $12,120.00.
 
12.   Approval of Supplemental Appropriation for the Police Public Safety Limited Tax Fund (PPSLTF) for Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security (OKOHS) Grant; $43,691.52.

3.   Approval of Professional Services for Configuration and Training of One Solution Financial Software From Superion LLC, A CentralSquare Company; $15,000.
 
4.   Approval of Change Order No.1 to the Construction Contract with SAC Services, Inc. for the 5th Street Streetscape Project; $103,305.14 Increase.
 
5.   Approval of Sole Supplier Purchase of Mobile X-Ray Unit from Logos Imaging; $43,691.52.
 
6.   Approval to purchase two (2) new buses for Citylink from Creative Buses off of State Contract SW797C. Upfront cost will be $244,785 with final cost to the City of $48,957.
 
7.   Approval of Engagement Letter for Professional Accounting Services and preparation of Annual Financial Statements to be performed by Crawford & Associates, P.C.; $90,000.
 
8.   Approval of the Fiscal Year 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services, EEDA and Metro Fair Housing agreements totaling $202,970 for Public Services and $13,500 for Metro Fair Housing.
