No City Council business will be discussed or acted upon at this time. This is an informal gathering and members of the public and press are welcome to attend. Meals will only be provided to the City Council and staff.

3.   Approval of Annual Software License and Maintenance and Training Services for the Financial Services and Permitting Software Applications From Superion LLC, A CentralSquare Company; $104,500.
 
4.   Approval of Services and License Agreement with Bound Tree Medical, LLC in partnership with Operative IQ for a Fire Inventory Management System; $22,535.
 
5.   Approval of the Third Annual Renewal of the On-Site Vehicle Maintenance Parts Service Agreement; $1,058,460 annual estimate.
 
6.   Approval of Purchase of computer hardware, software, network equipment, licenses and equipment maintenance on state contract FY19-20; $1,110,000.
 
7.   Approval of Amendment to the GIS Data Updates and Maintenance Services contract with the CEDRA Corporation to maintain GIS data layers consisting of parcels, easements, water, wastewater and storm infrastructure ongoing maintenance; $17,500.
 
8.   Consideration of renewal of Jail Services Agreement with Oklahoma County for prisoners incarcerated at the County Jail on Edmond municipal charges per day per prisoner in 2018 daily rate was $43.78.
 
9.   Approval to renew and purchase insurance policies for General Liability, Auto Liability, Law Enforcement, Umbrella, Crime-Social Engineering, Public Officials/Employment Liability, Cyber Liability, Excess Worker's Compensation, Property and Public Official Bonds; $753,437.
 
10.   Approval to reimburse Trident Insurance Services and CCMSI for liability and worker's compensation claims paid on behalf of the City; $1,190,110 (not to exceed).
 
11.   Consider of Approval of Services Agreement Addendum with Sports Facilties Management, LLC (SFM) to manage and operate Pelican Bay Aquatic Center during the 2019 season; $176,736.
 
12.   Acceptance of Proposal from McGriff, Seibles & Williams, Inc. for Insurance Broker/Consultant Services for FY19-20, including renewal options annually; $35,000.
 
13.   Approval of the Interlocal Subsidy Agreement between the City of Edmond and EMSA (Emergency Medical Services Authority) for FY 2019-2020; $646,502.
 
14.   Approval of Change Order No. 1 to the Flooring Contract for the MAC building with Flooring Gallery (A&A Flooring Company); $1,500 increase.
 
15.   Approval of a Professional Service Agreement with Freese Nichols, Inc. to provide design and general construction representation for the Cross Timbers Public Service Center Expansion Project, Phase II; $362,200.
 
16.   Approval of renewal of the Work Crew Service Agreement with Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) for a transitional work crew, which will consists of 5-7 workers that will provide services 5 days per week (6.50 hours per day), excluding holidays – not to exceed $150,000 annually.
 
17.   Approval of renewal of Maintenance and Support Agreement with Net Solutions for support of the citywide Cisco telephone system - annually; $57,400.
